flonum_arg detected NaN. Trying to continue with it.

Good time, I am using Ansys fluent 2022-R2 and modeled a 2D flame combustor, I compile a UDF file and run simulation and after 3 minutes I get the following error.

Warning: flonum_arg detected NaN. Trying to continue with it.

What could be the possible cause of this problem, even my mesh/orthognal quality is fine.

What do you advise?
