One DOF rotation-Dynamic mesh- ANSYS Fluent

I am simulating a 2D VAWT at various input velocities to find its RPM. Until now I was considering mass to be 1Kg for test cases. Is it sensible to put the mass of the turbine at 70kg and simulate it? Will it give the same results as in 3D simulation?
