Hello,
I am looking to extract the eigenvalues of the velocity gradient tensor in CFD-Post. Although I haven't found a way to get these directly, there are two variables which give some information (but not all) about them:
So I am sure that they are calculated somewhere but the question is is it possible to get access to them. In the end I would need to calculate their modulus, and see which one is the highest. If it is not possible then I believe their are some algorithms to calculate these values, but I am not sure how easy it is to do matrix operations in CFD-Post... |
