Default How to plot y+ vs u+ image using cfd-post

I would like to know how can I draw this kind of image of y+ vs u+ and y+ vs T+ in cfd-post, I can't find these variables in cfd-post. The main problem I'm facing at the moment is not being able to get the friction velocity (u_tau) in the y+ formula, I would appreciate if you could tell me how to get the u_tau in the cfd-post.
