Hi, I'm studying the radical recombination phenomenon.
Here's the case I want to test: 1) Room temperature 300K, 2) 1 m length/20 mm diameter pipe 3) inlet flow rate 5000 sccm Ar+ (argon plus) 4) outlet pressure = 2 torr 5) Some Ar+ radical will recombination become Ar 6) Want to know the concentration distribution of Ar+/Ar Can we simulate the recombination behavior of Ar+ (argon plus)? Which physics model do we have to choose and how to set? Thank you! |
