Hi, I am simulating NACA00xx for various angle of attack. I came to know that we can put the values for velocity as components without creating a new geometry for new angle of attack. But I do not know the method. Could anyone let me know how for axamle angle of attack 10. Thank you!

The default is magnitude and direction, choose components in velocity specification method. You could also use magnitude and specify the direction vector.
