Default Capture of animation of flow trough pipe.

Greetings! I want to Capture the animation of the flow through the pipe as per this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pr_Q...cademymedicine). Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

It looks like the animation is done in CFD Post using keyframes or quick animations. See the video here:
