Hello everyone!

I am working on Darrieus Type of Wind Turbines for the power generation, firstly I want to simulate the 2D geometry using ANSYS FLUENT for Torque Coefficient Values.

I am confused in determining the Reference Values such as Ref. Area and Length.

Any Suggestions for Reference values for Darrieus Wind Turbines in ANSYS FLUENT.

Design Specs.
SWEPT AREA (D*H) = (1.5*1.7)m
CHORD LENGTH = 0.25m
Airfoil = NACA 0018

THANK YOU
