Scramjet

I have a thesis about scramjet engine. I have to simulate scramjet engine which is hypersonic jet, with chemical reactions.
I need a CFD program for flow with chemical reaction,high temperature etc.. Can I do this with ANSYS Fluent? or do I need another CFD program?
