Hello,

I am running a Detached Eddy Simulation with SST k-omega for a simple geometry with 16 million cells(unstructured).

I noticed that when I run the Fluent case from the command line on CentOS, the continuity equation never converges even after 30 iterations per time step. It gets stuck at e-2 levels. However, when I run it in GUI mode, the levels do reach e-3 levels at 15 iterations/time step.

This is the command I am using to run:

Code:
sh fluent 3d -g -t36 -i journal_file.jou >& outputfile &
Do I need to give any additional arguments on the command line run, such as MPI type?

I do not have any software such as PBS.

I have never encountered this issue before. Your help on this issue will be appreciated.
