internal emissivity does not exist

Hello everyone,
I am trying to do 2d radiation heat transfer simulation. I am using surface to surface radiation model and I have to add internal emissivity for the outer wall but internal emissivity box does not exist, also radiation box does not exist. Why it happens?

its hard to say anything based on information you've given
but there is no radiation in solid
