internal emissivity does not exist

Hello everyone,
I am trying to do 2d radiation heat transfer simulation. I am using surface to surface radiation model and I have to add internal emissivity for the outer wall but internal emissivity box does not exist, also radiation box does not exist. Why it happens? oven_out.png oven_out_radi.png |

its hard to say anything based on information you've given
but there is no radiation in solid
