Hi,
Has anyone done the simulation of injection of nitrogen in supercritical chamber IN FLUENT? I want to do this simulation in Fluent by using the real gas model but am having a hard time setting up the model. The link to the paper is: https://commons.erau.edu/cgi/viewcon...75&context=edt
If someone has done this please help.

My Ansys Fluent settings are:
Pressure Based Solver
Transient
Energy Equation On
LES
SRK Equation of State
Pressure velocity coupling Scheme Coupled
Gradient Node Based
2nd order Accuracy

And boundary conditions being:
Inlet Nitrogen with 5.04 m/s
The outlet of Normal atmospheric pressure
Assigning my cells as 4 MPa pressure

Regards,
Execrabilis

What is your problem? Setting up SRK is very easy, I don't get the issue, you just choose something different from ideal gas

First of all thanks a lot for replying.
I tried running the simulation and my simulation ran fine but when I checked the result there was no density variation and the stream of nitrogen was completely different from what it is in research paper. Then there is the problem that in the research paper he is taking the density of nitrogen at inlet to be different and in the chamber to be different. And should I assign the 4 MPa to the chamber only or the complete domain. The final problem is that of the outlet. I don't know what to assign the outlet as.

You can look at this paper:
