Solidification melting problem

Hello
I have problem with divergence with solidification melting model. After reaching temperarure of 1380 C (melting ) my simulation stops with floating error (AMG solver temperature error). On post processing if i plot temperatures on this fluid domain i have non physical values of temperatures for example 4000 C. Problem description 1) first fluid domain -stationary with heating area 1520 C and with cooling area with 50 C . 2) second fluid domain with sliding mesh option (transitional 6mm/min) inside this domain i have fluid domain (solidification melting model of steel) with ceramic shell (solid domain). This is transient simulation with Energy / Radiation Discrete Ordinates /Viscous Sst I try to simulate Bridgeman Method . Fluid domain with solidification melting model going down from heating zone with starting temp 1520 C to cooling zone . After reaching 1380C i have this error. Looking for help Best regards
