Hi, I am hoping that someone can help me with this.
I am very new to CFD and I'm using ANSYS FLUENT for my MSc project. My analysis is in 2D and I need to plot contours of the stream function though I can't see an option to do this (I think perhaps it was possible in a much older version of FLUENT from what I have read online). It seems possible to export values for stream function in various formats from the solution window but I am not sure how to turn this into a contour plot in CFD Post. In the solution window, it is actually possible to plot a contour of stream function but it isn't a good quality image and looks more like coloured outline of the mesh rather than the nice contour plots that CFD Post generates for the variables that are available. I would be really grateful if anyone could help me out with this. Thanks in advance. Kathryn. |
