Hi all,
I am a fairly new user of both ANSYS fluent and Paraview software. The background is that I have done both steady-state simulation and transient simulation in Fluent for a Jet-in-crossflow simulation for my undergraduate study and currently trying to post-process the results. My professor requires me to use Paraview for post-processing instead of CFD-post for better visualization of the flow analysis. I have read through different threads about exporting fluent data file using Ensight Case Gold format (binary) and then reading it using Paraview. I was successful in doing so and am able to do some post-processing such as slicing with parameters of interest(velocity, vorticity, etc). However, I currently am not able to plot the contour and streamline for both cases as Paraview software will just crash once I press apply. So, I would like to ask the community if anyone has any idea about this case? Thank you! |
