I am a beginner and I tried checking the guide, but I couldn't find any relevant information to my case.

My setup has two different gases to propel the fuel towards the furnace. Fuel consists of two different hydrocarbons mixed in a 9 to 1 ratio. It is a pyrolysis reaction.

Should I use the Multiphase Mixture model or Volume of fluid?

Under species transport would Non-Premixed Combustion be appropriate for my case? For Fuel, I will specify the Mass Fractions, but for the other gases how do I set it up? Are those considered oxidizers?
