Why i should use one less core from the max cores i have? i mean if u have 6 cores, you are suggested to use 5 cores when simulating, when having 12 cores suggested to use 11 cores. why?

You leave one core for the computer to run the rest of the stuff (e.g. operative system functions ecc)
