Hi,
I am trying to show velocity vectors on simulation results shown (please let me know if links do not work). 1) I keep getting velocity vectors travelling in the opposite direction at the wall of the impeller. vanes If you search 'pump velocity vectors' they all show vectors from the eye of the impeller outwards. My results show that but the vectors are in the opposite direction at the wall. Is this due to my mesh or is there a way to filter these out as it does affect my max/min velocity figures. 2) I am trying to create a mid (meridian) surface to plot my velocity vectors. I have so far used user surface option but it shows gaps because it is an offset from the impeller hub. How can I produce a surface as shown with no gaps and acts as a section rather than projecting a mesh from a wall. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VTJ...ew?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NUz...ew?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lfO...ew?usp=sharing |
