How to give interface boundary conditions?

I am doing my simulation ANSYS FLUENT. I have two parts in my geometry one has unstructured mesh another has structured mesh what type of interface boundary condition I have to use? ( I am simulating flow through the duct-like problem). Any help from you means a lot.
