Hello everyone,
I encountered a problem recently when using ICEM as grid meshing tool and FLUENT for calculation. As the files in my working computer, I am not able to upload here. But I will put it as clearly as possbile. The fluid domain contains several mesh zones, which are created in seperate files with ICEM. To reduce the grid, I use refinement tool with level 2:1 in ICEM when meshing some of the mesh zones. Then I merge the mesh files and save the mesh and then output it to fluent. In the console ICEM give warning that uncovered face exits. And Fluent failed to read the mesh. However, when I transform only one zone file to mesh file, FLUENT can read it succussfully. I don't why. Could anybody help me out? Eling |
