The interfaces make it possible for flow to go from one interior to the other. You want flow to go from one interface to the other, so keep them. You say you want a wall in the drum. Good news: you probably already have it! One of the cell zones that is a wall should do the job! So, it looks like everything is set like you want. Why are you changing things? |

What makes you say you don't have a wall?
What happened to the boundary of the drum? By default that should be a wall, and you confirmed that your case has walls. So you have a wall! |

I have 2 walls which are the pipe and the housing, the drum inside set itself as contacts region(interface) sir.

Is the volume of the drum included in Fluent? Is it meshed?
If so, did you make the cell zone solid? |

? That makes no sense...
You want it to have a thickness of 2mm. So something solid. Then make it solid! What does 2 mm have to do with making it fluid? It physically is solid, make it solid! If you want a solid of 2mm, make it 2mm in your geometry! I don't know how to respond better, I can not follow your logic. |
