discontinuity when reload case and data to reiterate

Hi all,

I met a very interesting phenomenon when I tried to read saved case and data file to re-iterate.

Firstly, I saved case and data files then I read back the case and data files and started calculating. Interesting thing was that a sudden jump for all residuals happened after iteration started. It seemed I have changed some settings of the model. However, I actually changed nothing of the model. What's worse was the case seemed converged worse due to this discontinuity.

I am wondering how can I solve this problem. was something wrong the way I save case and data files?

Hi, all

This phenomenon is caused by the following reason

fluent uses new ISAT table every time it reloads case and date when stiff chemistry solver is used. However, if the case is fully converged, then this discontinuity on residuals won't change final results
