Default Heat exchanger configuration

Hi, I have a question. I'm modeling a heat exchanger but I noticed that while my cold fluid increases temperature the hot fluid increases too. Can someone help me please? I think it is because heat is been transferred by the wall, but I'm not sure
Cold fluid is water and hot is air
