Hi,
I'm trying to solve a conjugated heat transfer problem that consists a heat sink getting heat from its bottom surface through a CPU and is cooled by forced convection. I don't have a problem with the solution but got stuck on post-processing. I want to calculate area averaged directional conductive heat fluxes at user defined planes (plane 1 and 2) in the heat sink but i couldn't find any variable that could help me. You can find a simplified demonstration of the problem below. cfd_online_pic.png thanks in advance |
