Hello everyone,
I am a undergrad student doing my senior design project, I am trying to make a opensource and low cost cross flow turbine to bring electricity to underprivileged communities. I have no experience with fluent and am at the stage where the professor wants to see a simulation. I created a 2D model and watched several guides on youtube but the end result is always something like the post picture attached. Can someone direct me to beginner resources that deal with water turbines? I think the problem is I don't know how to make the water pass through the turbine and currently it thinks the turbine is a solid and is passing above it. Any help is appreciated! |
