i am running hydrocyclone simulation. but after reaching half residence time continuity diverge. can anyone help how and where it can be solved?

Minimum Orthogonal Quality = 1.96914e-02
Maximum Aspect Ratio = 1.56186e+02
in fluent where i can check skewness, can you tell me
