Hi all,

Do someone have C1 methane combustion mechanism (18 species and 58 reactions)? I sent email to the mechanism author and some other authors who cited this mechanism. However, I got no respond so far.

Could someone please share it including thermo and transport data?

Best regards

I'm not sure which mechanism you mean. C1 means that there are only molecules concidered with one carbon arom. There are several mechanismy out there depending on the application.

Can you tell me what is your application?

I have a C1-mechanism from Dr. Tiafeng Lu for rocket applications.

Hi,

I think I know the Dr. Lu's offcicial website where I can download mechanisms. However, on that website, some reduced mechanisms don't have reactions in .inp files. Instead, there is a ckwyp.f file in compressed package. I wonder why this happen.

By the way, I think that C1 mechanism is what those authors called it in published paper which is used for methane combustion application. It includes 18 species and 58 reactions.

Could you please share it?

Best regards

As I said, I have Lu's mechanism. I will send it per email to you. Methane combustion is not what I meant with "application". Reduced mechanisms only work for a soecific oortaional frame (pressure,. mixture fraction).

With alolication I meant, inside which product does the combustion happen? Oven/Rocket engine, Home heating/...

Hi,

I am trying to use this mechanism in micro combustion. It's a micro channel with minimeter diameter.

Best regards

hi, I am doing my research about air/methane premixed combustion in porous medium, especially for NOx prediction. Could you please send me a copy(18 species and 58 reactions) Best wishes
