Dear Fluent users,
In the run tab, if you check "Data Sampling for Time Statistics" and hit "Data File Quantities", you will see what quantities are saved during simulations. Among those variables, there are "X Velocity M1", "Density T-1", etc. Does anyone know what M1 and T-1 mean? Thank you in advance. Best regards, Peter |

Variables without any suffixes are the values at the current time-step. M1 and M2 are the values are -1 and -2 time-levels. T-1 and so on are usually only encountered in post-processors and not actual Fluent and for those you should refer to the knowledge base of the respective post-processors.
