Default simulation of a rotating stirred tank using mesh motion

Dear friends,

I want to make a simulation of a stirred tank. Both the tank and the impeller rotate, of course at different speeds. Do I have to activate mesh motion (sliding mesh) for this simulation?
I do appreciate your help.
