Hello!
I would like to plot pressure and velocity against time using CFD-post. I am monitoring these values on point which I created. I know how plot these during the fluent calculation, but I don’t know how to do it on CFD-post. I am modelling pressure pulsation in a pipe and I have pressure pulsation on the inlet and zero pressure at the outlet if that matters. My Ansys version is 2020 R1. I read a few posts about this topic and this is what tried. I already did a transient simulation using the settings you can see from the attachment. I also have question about this step. Why I can’t see my monitoring point (“point-center-outlet-area”) among the surfaces? That is the reason why I chose just the fluid domain. Anyhow. I opened the CFD-post and loaded the most recent .cdat file and I enabled load complete history as a single case. It looks like that all the time steps came along when I click time step selector but I am not able to plot a chart or contour. When I choose a new chart and enable XY- transient or sequence, choose time to x axis and pressure to y axis there is no data. I took some screen shots to the attachment. How I can make this work? This is a very urgent matter. I highly appreciate your help! |
