In a 3D geometry of solid block, I am simulating melting of this block. At the end of simulation I can see liquid fraction has reached 1 means it has been converted to liquid. But the shape of the block is still same. Why the shape of the block is not changing when it melts? Anyone face similar problem or can guide me through the process?
Kindly please help me with this simulation. |

What do you mean by shape of the block? You might be referring to the shape of the cell zone. Cell zones are fixed meshes. They don't change until and unless dynamic mesh is used. If the liquid fraction in that cell zone is 1, it is molten.
