Hi everybody!

In my current project I want to make a thermal analysis of a heatet installation space with Fluent. There is argon around the heater. I have a question concerning the meshing. I found out that it is necessary to use the inflation tool for a proper simulation.

Do I have to use it for both the fluid and the metallic components or is it enough to do it with the argon?

What is the highest growth rate that still is acceptable to get a smooth transition for good results?

Thanks!
