Hello, I have a plot shows the change of a quantity with time. How can we write a code in Fluent UDF to compile it ? I need a way to define the time intervals. From start to a specific moment, the quantity follows a specific relation, then it changes twice.
Thank you very much !

Do you want to provide this profile as input to Fluent? Then you don't need a UDF. Use transient Profile file.

Hello, no it is not like that. It is a dynamic mesh simulation and the mesh motion has to follow this profile. So, the UDF is required I think to be used in Motion tab in the dynamic mesh setup. We do not have inlets or outlets in the simulation.
Thanks

Whether used at inlet/outlet or for moving mesh or dynamic mesh, it is an input to Fluent. So, you can use profile. No UDF is needed. Dynamic mesh works with profile.
