Unhappy Set Up for Exhaust Fan

I recently, simulation Induced Draft Fan whic the type is Axial and i think it is similar like exhaust fan. But I dont know how to settin in up. I've just input the inlet's pressure is negative pressure and give my cell zone direction to outlet. but the data showed that my input is postive and my outlet is negative. please i really need ur help, if you kno about this case. Thanks
