Pressure interpolation scheme for pressure plate

I am trying replicate the pressure drop across a radiator by simulating the flow across a pressure plate. The pressure plate is housed in a testbench that is supposed to replicate the engine bay area of a vehicle. So far I have used all pressure interpolation schemes but only linear seems to give me favorable results.
Is this scheme acceptable to replicate the flow of air across a plate with holes in it, to get area weighted average of dynamic pressure on the front and back surface of the plate, so I can get the value of pressure drop across it? |

Results with linear pressure drop are not accurate enough. However, what you are measuring is wrong; dynamic pressure implies kinetic energy and not pressure. While measuring pressure drop, always look at total pressure.
