Hi everyone,
I am new to CFD. I am working on a hyperloop study. I wanted the tunnel and its volume to be fluid and the hyperloop pod which is located inside the tunnel to be solid. But turns out that everything is fluid (including the pod) when I am setting up the model in Fluent. Can anyone please tell me what to do? How can I change the hyperloop pod from fluid to solid? I am doing this in ANSYS 19.3. |

In cell zone conditions click on pod_mesh and click edit and then change it from fluid to solid.

In newer versions, you can just right click on cell zone pod_mesh, Type > Solid.
