Post procession create circular surface contour around bend tube

Hi I have tried to create the circular surface contour of fluid velocity but I can only create in the xz plane. I would like to get it in circular shape around the bending section. How I can achieve that

I suppose a picture of the domain might make it easy to provide a solution. A bend could be of any type, however, if the bend is aligned with a plane, then all you need to do is create a plane or iso-surface. So, a picture would be useful.
