Sub:help regarding how to apply dynamic velocity expression in inlet boundary condition setup



respected all members


i have an problem regarding how to apply expression of velocity in inlet boundary condition ansys 19.2 version. I can't find that function in ansys version 19.2.i have an project on wind .dynamic wind means velocity wind is apply by power law equation which i have not found.

Beside this option i have see in student version r19 which i have saw in pic .


So please help me in this because my whole project is dependent on this which is stopped since 1 month. I try a lot to solve this on yo-tube and google but not found properly

There is nothing called a powerlaw function defined within Fluent. This is, most likely, an expression defined by the user. If it would have'd been an inbuilt function, it would require some data from user. So, you need to check for expressions defined in the case from where you took this picture and then define that expression in your case.
