Hello,
When I checked the vapor contour, I cancelled the auto-range, and ticked off ‘clip to range’, then, there are some holes on the model, shown in the figure below, why did this happen? Does it mean that the domain surrounded by holes is the area that cavitation occurs?

Contour plots have missing contours only if the clip range is enabled. Else, the contours are plotted everywhere. Another reason for the same is graphics. Sometimes, either due to temporary availability of lesser than required graphics memory or due to some other reason, graphics do not work properly. To resolve this, go to Graphics > Options and change from Hardware Buffer to Software Buffer. Display the contours again.
