I have created a CAD model of Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger. When I import that file into ANSYS Fluent there gaps remaining between two plates and fluid zones. I have used Share topology option but it creates 127 parts. I have also tried to run the simulations with gaps but the mesh generation is a disaster and I am getting errors like "Temperature limited to 1.0000e+00001 in cells..." and " Divergence detected in amg solver". I have tried to turn off the second gradient of temperature but it also didn't help. Can someone Help me ?
