I am modeling a 11mw industrial burner with methane and 20% exceed air. air mass flow rate is 4kg/s and methane mass flow rate is 0.2kg/s. around the combustion chamber fill with water. mass flow rate of water is 100kg/s and cool chamber. i used non premixed combustion and DO for radiation. stack tempereture is in order of 1000C and its very high. difference of inlet and outlet water is 10C. how to reduce stack temperature to 600C.
