Hello! I'm recently focusing on PCM(phase change material) simulation. The basic idea is making a PCM floor in a room. When the room temperature is heated up by sunshine and external air, PCM is able to absorb heat energy and store it. I want to simulate this process. However, I don't know which software to choose from. I am wondering if Fluent is able to achieve this idea.
Also, this software should also be able to let me edit material properties since the specific heat capacity and heat conductivity of PCM is always changing due to the process of melting or solidifying. Thank you! |
