I'm simulating a CD nozzle but the flow detaches at the throat and follows a 'virtual' pipe instead of expanding throughout the nozzle divergent section. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Setup:
General: pressure-based
Inlet (radial): C2H4 mass flow inlet
Inlet (axial): N2O mass flow inlet
Outlet: static pressure =101325 Pa (1 Atm) (0 gauge pressure)
Viscous turbulent flow: k-e (but any other turb. model gives the same result)
Species: non-premixed combustion

If I switch to density-based solver, I can't use the non-premixed combustion model... (not available in that case).
