i can't find the option of angular velocity and rms velocity in FLUENT. any one know, please help.

Did you try looking for tangential velocity?
To get the RMSE velocity, you have to enabling sampling for time statistics and then run your calculation. |

IIRC Fluent only has angular velocity if you are doing axissymmetric calculation. Otherwise, Fluent uses Radial/Tangential/Axial convention and you won't find angular velocity. You will only find tangential velocity.
