Mostafa Barghash is on a distinguished road
2D or 3D simulation of particles in ANSYS FLUENT.

1) Could the cells be addressed? And could the data of each cell be used in a UDF. For instance the number of particles in a cell at a certain timestep?

2) Is it possible to set a certain number of particles in a cell? Or how could the particle distribution be managed in the cells. How is Fluent computing how many particles are leaving and entering one certain cell?

3) Could the physical state/ data per particle in a cell be accessed and evaluated.

I guess the answer is Looping. But I don't actually know how to write the UDF code (looping), describing all the inputs and outputs I need as mentioned above in my questions. I would appreciate any help.
