velocity on a wall

hello everyone,
I have a simple 2D case in fluent (i attach a picture of the case).
the left side is velocity-inlet and the right side is pressure-outlet. the flow is over the circle. my question is can I give a specific slip velocity to the wall(circle)? I mean I want to have a specific slip velocity on the wall not 0. pls help
