mkh_sakr is on a distinguished road
Hello,

The reference temperature at the energy equation in Fluent density based solver is 0 K, from section 5.2.1. Heat Transfer Theory at Fluent help.

I would like to include the heat of formation as a source term in a form close to equation 5.10 at the same section of Fluent help page. The heat of formation is normally calculated at 298 K. Should I instead calculate the heat of formation at 0 K in this case.

How can I convert the heat of formation from 298 K to 0 K?

There is no discussion about the reference pressure, so should I consider, it is the atmospheric pressure.

Thank you.
