Temperature Contour doesn't variate in the result of Ansys FLUENT

Hello everyone. I need help about my simulation. I want to simulate shell and tube heat exchanger to know the variation of temperature and pressure. My model is consist of 2 fluid regions that is shell domain and tube domain, 1 solid that is tube. I turn on energy equation, k epsilon realizable, standard wall function. Fluid is water and tube is made of stainless steel (I have changed the material in the cell zone section).
The boundary condition of both shell and tube inlet is mass flow inlet (temperature, mass flow, and normal to boundary), outlet is pressure-outlet. Last wall tube I use system coupling and didn't change anything outside that. Convergence criteria I used 0,001 for continuity, 10^-5 for energy, and outside that 0,0001. Then I used hybrid inizialitation. Solution Method is SIMPLE, PRESTO, Green Gause Node-Based, and first order (after green gause node-based. But when I use post processing. First I made plane to cut in the ZY plane and then use temperature contour for plane. I've set the contour for global and local but the temperature doesn't change in the tube/shell inlet to tube/shell outlet. Should I use second order method ? or there is step that I missed ?
