Hi,
I am trying to simulate a fluid damper(pictures are attached below). However I tried lots of methods, always failure. The method I use is layering. I set "moving wall" in picture as rigid body, failed, as is shown in the third picture. Can anybody give me some advice? Thanks a lot! |

I try to set the full domain as rigid body, and the left and right wall as stationary, the piston and piston rod (moving wall in the picture) as rigid body.
Failed again. |
