Im working on porous media micro combustion in a cylindrical channel. i have been recording very high temperature (2000K-4800K) in the combustor and on the outer wall as well which is made of steel. I used the laminar model set in Ansys fluent. Any suggestion on how to get reasonable temperature range before i experimentally validate it? I set the following
Discretization: second-order upwind
Pressure– velocity coupling: COUPLED algorithm
Velocity was set to 0.55m/s, heat transfer of 15W, emissivity=0.8
Any ideas please?
Thanks
